Required Qualifications Experience

Terms and Conditions
The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 02 years with extension subject to satisfactory performance at admissible pay in the MP-II scale.
Company Secretary
Required Qualifications Experience
LLM or MBA or equivalent
Member of Pakistan and Bar Council and/or Recognized Body of Professional Accountants; OR Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, with minimum 10 years relevant post qualification experience. Age limit (55) years
Responsibilities
The Company Secretary shall be responsible for ensuring that all applicable laws, regulations and other relevant statements of best practice are complied with on Board procedures. Required qualifications and experience
